FOR NEW PATIENTS: To reserve products online, you must be a current/returning Liberty patient with a completed patient intake form and valid medical card on file at our dispensary. If you are not a current patient, please visit our store first to complete the required forms as products will not be reserved without them. All requests must be placed at least 30 minutes prior to close.
ONLINE RESERVATIONS: All reservations require a minimum of 30 minutes to be fulfilled unless you are notified the reservation is ready for pickup earlier. Please wait until you receive a text message that the reservation has been fulfilled before visiting the dispensary to avoid a longer wait time.
CURRENT DISCOUNTS: Liberty is proud to offer 20% off for Veterans, 10% off for Senior Citizens (60+), 10% off for "Medicaid/Medicare (SSI/SSDI)" and 10% off for Industry Employees. Discounts can not be combined with any other offers or discounts. Note: Price shown does not reflect any price adjustments, tiered pricing, or discounts/promotions that may be applied at the time of pick-up.
FOR CAREGIVERS: If you are a caregiver, please add the following information in the notes section at checkout: "Caregiver: [name of patient]"
